Rachel is a tenacious, poised, and creative professional in the communications and media field. She earned her degree in Business, Media, and Communications from Gettysburg College and has extensive experience in sales, social media strategies, recruiting, event planning, and community management. 

She's a multi-tasking go-getter in heels with a passion for bringing people together, collaborating, and making new connections. In her free time, Rachel likes to read, write fiction, practice yoga, and play with her Rhodesian Ridgeback/Hound mix, Rufus Apollo Poms-Wynn.

Sheena MaRtin

Social Media Director

Sheena's roots are in Virginia, though she currently stationed in San Antonio Texas with her husband and two children. She aims to accomplish her goals while building up those around her. She made a choice to live colorfully and create her own happiness. Using her degree in Human Services, her history of managerial work, and her time spent as a Content Coordinator she has approached the field of social media with vigor and has never looked back.

With a background of research and data, she uses her thirst for information in both her personal and professional life; shaping and adapting her environment to be as productive as possible while working remotely wherever the military sends her family. When not at work, you can find her nose in a book

Sydny Atwood

Social Media Manager

Sydny is a marketing professional with a sales background and specialty in copywriting. While she enjoyed during her time in sales, with a B.A. in English Literature from Dickinson College, the storytelling and creativity required for blogging and social media became a natural fit. Sydny specializes in content creation and social media management for real estate agents and investors.

In her free time Sydny enjoys all her home state of Vermont has to offer. She serves on the Executive Board for the Center for Health and Learning based in Brattleboro, Vermont assisting with the marketing and branding of their national mental and physical health education programs. When she’s not at her computer you can find her hiking with her adorable mutt Olive or working on DIY home renovations with her husband, Sam.

Shuya Zheng

Social Media Coordinator

Shuya was born in a small town in Southeastern China and moved to the USA to continue her studies in journalism in 2014. She's a Convergence Media major at the Missouri School of Journalism. It was during her emerging media courses which social media first piqued her interest.

Shuya has a strong background in communications working at various media outlets and she lives by the motto: do what you love; and luckily, she’s on the right track! She likes to travel a around the United States and, so far, loves Philadelphia the most. In her free time, Shuya enjoys watching soccer and basketball and is a big fan of Bayern Munich and San Antonio Spurs.

SHUhan li

Social Media Coordinator

Shuhan is a passionate communicator and learner. She received her bachelors degree of journalism from the University of Missouri, and is pursuing a masters in education at the University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience in news reporting, advertising and account management.

She loves multimedia storytelling, and she spends a lot of time on social media, which is the reason why she chose to work at Starlight Social. Shuhan is an aggressive language learner and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Korean. She plans to learn Spanish in the near future.

KENneth j. WYNN


Ken studies business trends and teaches people how to earn profit by offering strategic insight and techniques on how to maintain multiple streams of income. Ken has been in IT for 25 years and has focused on healthcare system integration the last 20 years. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

He currently teaches website design and works with students on high school/college retention issues. Ken currently lives in Miami, Florida and communicates daily with his daughter and son. Ken enjoys reading, music, surfing the web and sharing ideas with friends and family. His first computer was a Radio Shack Tandy 1000ex with a 300 baud modem, things have changed! And yes, that's Rachel in the picture!
